I'll make sigs, logos, avatars, etc in CS3 for you people for free.
I specialize in glossy, shiny things, preferably text, but I'll take a shot at other stuff if you wish.

AS OF NOW, I HAVE NO PROJECT LIMIT. I CAN WORK ON AS MANY PROJECTS AS NEEDED AT ONCE.

What it needs to say/look like (description)
The style
The colors used
Shinyness amount
backround (plain, gradient, etc)
Any other details you can imagine.

The colors used: Forum header colours, not including background
Shinyness amount: Not very shiny
backround (plain, gradient, etc): Transparacy (or white)

Because you want the background solid, there wont be glow OR aa.

Also, that's pretty many colors, incorporating them all may look bad. You sure you dont want others?

I need to ask a question before I can proceed. Do you want the edges of the text to be sharp (so no AA or glow) so you can replace the background easily to anything you want?
