Red Ring

SH*T. my xbox red ringed because my brothers such an idiot. he took off the panels! WTF! THOSE ARE THERE FOR PROTECTION YOU DUMBA$$!

The x-Box is just destined to break. You're not unlucky, you're just the average Joe. He just sped up the process by removing the "panels".

ehh... ok he un-ringed it.. temporarily. he took out the gfx card to give it a full ring then put it back in. so basically he confused the crap out of xbox so its usable for a little while. ;P

I remember my cousin had it (for the third time...) and we just kept turning it off and on and like the 50th time it worked for a little while.

even though the red ring is caused by these tiny "bandaid" like things on the bottom of the motherboard, used for cooling/heating. fail :l

i've gotten the red ring three times, sent my xbox back three times. i still get temporary (day long) red rings.

also, my downloaded sonic game (sonic the hedgehog) that i bought is now displaying as a demo. i called to tell them to fix it and they said i had no proof of purchase. i gave them proof and they said they would call back later. they didn't.

i'm beginning to boycott xbox.
