Unknown heart condition means that they dont know what type of heart condition it was. if they didnt know they had the heart condition it would still be considered cardiac arrest even if at the previous time they did not know it, its the same with a fact, even if no one knows it, its still the truth.

He died of an overdose of a certain drug. I forgot the name but they announced it on the news. It caused his heart to stop.

I know what happened. It started with surgery, the surgeons could have stopped him, they could have told him his nose would eventually fall off, but no. And the doctor, he kept givin Michael Jackson his pain relievers or whatever, and it came to a point where he was using to much. Neither his surgeons nor his doctor told him to stop. You know why? It was all about the money, those things are expensive, and they want all the money they can get.

Hell, the doctor didn't get on a plane and fly to Africa for nothing.

even if he didn't do recreational drugs (which I'm sure he did in the past at least) he was addicted to all kinds of painkillers all the way up his death.
