Complaints that 1st and third boss were way too hard, so..

- Knuckles now has 20 hit points instead of 30
- instead of 3 damage each step the lazers do 2
- Knuckles moves faster at 7 health instead of 10

- Gun commander has 18 health instead of 22
- He moves slower.
