Fake members as in alts from a certain person who should be banned but continues to make alts. (No name-picking). It's not easy to weed-pick him out and leave a good impression on new members at the same time. And proxies do not make the job any easier.

I just looked at your host and it says that all proxies are blocked. So whoever says they are using them are probably lying unless they got some kind of special program that bypasses proxy blocks (which is illegal)
