If you saw my fake in the RAD Forums topic or the "OMG" topic in General Chat, I can fake those warnings. Here you can request that I make a fake one for your site or any other site. Fill out the request form below.

SITE: What site to fake it on
RATINGS: Tell me if you want the warnings displayed. (Your options are Trustworthiness, Vendor reliability, and Privacy. No child saftey, sorry)
METHOD OF ARRIVAL: Ask for it to be posted here or sent to PM. Image in forum or link. If you choose link, you may also ask for it to be TinURL'd.
