It's a screensaver compiled with GM. Look at the source to understand how it is obtained.

It's compiled as a *.scr, not *.exe. If it's a SCR file, it can be read by Windows and used.

Other GM Screensavers use DLLs or parameters, which are a lot more advanced, and can slow the system down. This is just pure GML.

Well thanks, my screensaver now has 100% less suckage... went from black screen to coolness.
