First, get your message, mine is:

This is the original message.

So now, open paint, set your font to Arial, and set the size to eight. Now, select the color of the message background, and make a rectangle over the original message:

And it should look like that. Now, like I said, set the font to Arial and set the size to eight. (Just open the Text Toolbar to do that)
Now, make sure you have the text set to transparent:


Now, that the fonts are set and all that, time to edit:


And that's are final result :D leave a post if your unsure about something XD.
