Ok... ideas:

Ray guns.
Plasma Cannons.
AVOID SEWER GRATES! You'll fall down like a turd in the toilet.
Pick up slime for lost health.
Enemies will knock you around... and you can lose your weapon...

Perhaps if there are upgrades but yes when you start you have no clothing, basic weaponary are abilities. smile

Have the slime have an abillitie to control people by covering them with slime later on in the game.
