Programs that are not allowed.

Here's a list of programs that are not allowed:

-Prank programs, (Screamers, Cd-tray openers, Seizurrific Programs, ex)
-Programs that modify ones computer, ( Background changers, time changers, ex)
-Virus's and other Harmfull programs(Trojans, spyware, keyloggers, ex)

If you follow the rules and stay away from these you'll be fine.
If you don't, there will most likely be a serious penalty, depending on the depth of the situation.

( if any programs on the list, do happen to be allowed, (which i doubt), please tell me).

well i find it funny, that a mod posted this and no admin thought of doing it. jango your better than the admins (:

nice, except some programs are scanned and are classified as trojans. these certain programs aren't trojans. you'll have to go easy on people if they get caught uploading a trojan.

uploading a key logger is something that someone should be banned for. its illegal (breach of privacy).

a prank program should be at first a warning, and if they keep doing it, ban them. unless the prank is, as you call it, "Seizurrific". this should be something to ban someone over.

a program that modifys a computer should be something to get banned over. you can easily wipe someone's memory clean using these types of programs.
